| Roll-up frame trim system

| 20-gauge roll-up frames featuring 2" returns maximize space and are designed for strength to accept DS-75 and DS-100 mini roll-up doors. Base anchors are included. The frames come in your choice of glossy white, white or galvanized. |
| Wire Mesh

The wire mesh is low cost, but provide an effective method of securing contents while allowing ventilation and lighting inside each unit. The mesh is avialable in 2" x 2"-16 gauge x 150-foot rolls. Mesh angles and fasteners are included. |

Cor-O-Wall™ is flush 20-gauge hallway panels manufactured in
12" wide interlocking panels. These panels are pre-engineered so the screws are
not exposed. Cor-O-Wall™ panels provide maximum security and are easy to keep
clean. They come available in glossy white, white or galvanized. |

Filler panels are available in flush 20-gauge or 26-gauge corrugated material. They are engineered to enclose the area above the door and complement the interior system to provide a secure, contemporary look. Side and bottom channels are included. Flush filler panels are available in glossy white, white and galvanized. Corrugated filler panels are available in 21 standard colors. |

These plastic covers should be used to encase any exposed ends of tek screws to reduce the opportunity for personal injury or property damage. |
| Mod-U-Wall

Corrugated 26-gauge panel can be used as a divider partition inside each unit or hallway panel to keep costs at a minimum. Mod-U-Wall™ divider partitions interlock without the use of exposed screws. Angle and channel are included. The divider is available either in glossy white or a galvanized finish. |
| Burglar bars
|
 |
20-gauge channels are installed above the storage unit are an alternative to wire mesh. Burglar bars are installed 8" on center and provide security between each unit and above the hallway. These are available in glossy white, white and galvanized. |
| Cor-O-Door & Locker Doors
|
| Cor-O-Doors and Locker Doors are manufactured with an extruded aluminum frame. Mitered corners in the frame and the cross brace on the back of the door add strength to the swing door. Cor-O-Door frame and header are manufactured from 20-gauge steel to the height required in the hallway. Frame and header are available in glass white, white and galvanized. Swing doors are available in 21 standard colors. |
| Corner guards and kick plates

Corner guards protect exposed corner in the hallway and are available up to 10 ft. They come in 20-gauge galvanized steel or aluminum diamond plate.
Kick plates are installed at the bottom of the hallway to prevent damage caused by tenants moving into the storage unit. Kick plates are also avialable in 20-gauge galvanized steel or aluminum diamond plate. |
| Warranty

| Wayne-Dalton Corp. and its subsidiaries back all of their doors and fittings with a LIMITED WARRANTY against defects in materials and workmanship. Paint has a limited warranty to hold up against weather induced shipping, cracking and peeling for 25 years. Refer to each color for the number of year warranted not to chalk or change color. A copy of this warranty is available upon request. Because of continuing product improvements, we reserve the right to change teh product specifications and designs without prior notice. |
